The location backs up to the projects. Due to the close proximity to the police station sirens sound all night. The common areas are filthy, and many maintenance requests are ignored. The new management company is better, but they acquired a lemon.

Overall good value
I've lived here for 2+ years and have enjoyed the building generally, there has been some turnover in onwership/maintenance but the Peak Properties people are trying to get it back to good order. I love the neighborhood and it's proximity to pretty much everything. I don't use the parking but there are plenty of spots in the garage. The gym is ok, not a lot of equipment and the temperature is hit or miss in there and you can't change it. Overall, I would recommend the building because requests are handled timely.
