What others love about this property:
very good
I like almost everything about Parkmerced except for the parking. There are too many recreational vehicles parked here and they take up too many spaces.
Washing Machines
All is good except the washing machines in area 29. The washers are constantly in need of repair. Washers #2 & #4 won’t drain because of clogged drain at the back of the machine. The machines work , but won’t drain
okay little neighborhood
Nice place, apartments are fairly soundproof thanks to the concrete walls and floors. it's a little too far from most things tho, if you take the bus. The 57 bus isn't that reliable for when it's going to be there and the park plaza store is for rich people. otherwise, it's nice.
