Love my home

Love my apartment, location not the best, security is awesome, the view is amazing, the price is a loss for words omg great price per month, there is a heated roof top pool and jacuzzi, entertainment area, a gym, laundry is a bit pricy I still do my laundry elsewhere, I wish they would clean the outside of windows like every other month that would be nice, oh major thumbs down to the fact of no air conditioning at all in the apartment and being on the 12th & 13th floor its quite sweaty hot not inviting temperatures when it is a hot day, other than that staff is great, they give out plenty of time notice before anything they plan on doing, all in all I am just pleased to call this place home

Need normal where and tear repairs

I moved in when this building had 50 vacancies due to the massive move out due to Covid. I for sure needed a place, closer to work and was in a rush to get settled into an apartment. The apartment looked at the time, freshened up, the refrigerator and microwave needed to be replaced because they were non operational. The laveratory sink didnt have a stop nor did the tub. The soap holder was cracked, but in the bathroom other than an old rusted tub everything looked fine. The carpet looked freshly shampooed, but after a few weeks dirt started to surface up probably due to the water not being sucked back up good enough from the shampooers. Then there was the time when a water leak caused damage into my apartment and the water flooded the bed area so maintaince pulled the first piece of carpet and never put a new piece of padding under the carpet or tacked it back. One more piece is that the cubbard and closet hindges are either out of adjustment or breaking away from the partical board the were screwwed into. Aside from the few burn marks prior tenents left im happy with the apartment. At one time i offered to pay for new carpets to be installed , so i can be more proud to invite guests over and have the same or similar company to make my bathroom look like my Neighbors. Happy
