Not too bad, but could use improvements

Nearly five years I've lived here, and at this point I can say the building is alright. However, as of late we've had an elevator issue that's put us out of service, and that's taken two months to get fixed and it still isn't fixed. This isn't quite the best look as it says that the apartment is essentially slow to fix certain things unfortunately, and this puts many, myself included, at an inconvenience when we have to carry things up and down five flights of stairs. They do at least give a discount to the rent to try and mitigate a bit, so that's nice.

Downtown San Francisco

Living in the quintisential neighborhood of San Francisco has its parking and noise issues, but living here is a blessing. The on call staff are amazing, the place is freshly remodeled, and i am blessed to live in such a well maintained unit!

Nice place for bunkering in for a while, despite flaws

Having lived here for more than 3 years, I can say this place is nice for staying in if you're willing to put up with a few inconveniences. If you're trying to just have a room to hunker down in for a while while you're out doing other things and then having a nice base to return to, this is good. Walls aren't good at blocking out much sound though, and there are only two washers, meaning you'll be potentially fighting or waiting for one to open up if many people need to use it.

Decent Apartment

I've lived here for about 3 years, and this is a decent apartment if you're trying to just hunker down for a bit and handle other business outside. If you're trying to be really cozy and comfortable though, a few things to keep in mind. The noise is VERY loud, and you can hear a good bit of what other neighbors are doing across from your room. This place does have some older wear to it and so there are bound to be some issues. Rather than a keypad number or such, you'll need to have 2 sets of keys. One to get into your room, and one to get into the apartment itself. That might be a bit troublesome for some who like to just keep their key condensed to one that unlocks everything. Overall, not a bad apartment, but there can also be some improvement too.
