Decent Apartment

I've lived here for about 3 years, and this is a decent apartment if you're trying to just hunker down for a bit and handle other business outside. If you're trying to be really cozy and comfortable though, a few things to keep in mind. The noise is VERY loud, and you can hear a good bit of what other neighbors are doing across from your room. This place does have some older wear to it and so there are bound to be some issues. Rather than a keypad number or such, you'll need to have 2 sets of keys. One to get into your room, and one to get into the apartment itself. That might be a bit troublesome for some who like to just keep their key condensed to one that unlocks everything. Overall, not a bad apartment, but there can also be some improvement too.

Good

When i first moved in, the process to moving in was not hard at all. The staff at the building are so kind, and are quick to help you with whatever is needed. I think this is a great place for someone who just moved in the area, its right by a lot of stores, and transportation. The noise does get a little loud outside, but the apartment stays clean nothing to serious going on in the building, they are always working on making the environment safe to be in and to live in. The elevator comes in handy, the are great with mail. People in the building are pretty chill, the floors are not as thick so it does cause a little issues from time to time with other neighbors so just keep that in mind. but place is great, im thankful.
