Things to Improve
I have lived in Nob Hill Tower for one month. There's a lot to love, but a lot that needs to change going forward. Let's start with the positive: a great location, amazing amenities, and the apartment unit is new! I also like the staff, but we are in need of a full time property manager because of now, we are missing one. Now to the stuff that needs to change: maintenance is extremely slow, and parking is horrendous. The spaces are extremely tight. Overall, I very much enjoy the property but I need there to be improvements and better efficiency.
Was a great building with good staff -- now not so much
The building has been undergoing construction for a number of years. Unfortunately the ownership group hired a substandard contractor that performed work with lowest cost labor, material, and often skirted the law. There are DBI violations left and right and the maintenance team until recently was clueless. IF it wasn't changing a light bulb they didn't know what to do. The recent staff is nice and is trying, but if at all possible rent elsewhere.
Nob Hill Tower Review
Really like the location and staff here great. However the constant water shut off, elevator not working, package being left by the front desk, is a serious frustration, I will be moving out to another building next door for the same price.
