Great location and Manager

The new property manager, Jenny, is great and very helpful in improving my stay. The location is fantastic because you are in Down Town SF and close to Powell Station, but noise can be an issue. There are better options for the price, but it's all-inclusive with good internet and basic furnishing. The building needs work, but you can make an excellent space for yourself.

Not Great

No running water for nearly a month but still required to pay a full months worth of rent. Location is not safe, or sanitary. Residents are never quiet especially in the lobby during "quiet hours". Rent is way too high for what we are getting. Kitchen is never clean, first floor lobby area is never clean always has trash because of residents. Location is good in term of being near a Muni station.

Some major building issues but I also a great location

The building needs a lot of work in terms of fire alarms, and smoke detectors, and also many of these international students are very loud, have no manners, and crowd the common areas of the building.
