A property owner/manager as large and experienced as Mosser Companies should not have an elevator out of service of SIX MONTHS. The lines of residents in the lobby waiting to take them to their units accompanied by their strollers, walkers/wheelchairs, scooters, bicycles are often long with one of the two elevators out of service and a posted sign indicating a 4 person maximum capacity. This is very disappointing, especially since the elevators are less than 13 years old.
