Poor Staff & Maintence

The lease team only cares about renting apartments. Once the sale is done, they do not attempt to care. Their customer service is very poor once you're moved in. They are not professional, rarely follow-up on emails and if they do it takes forever. Security is very lazy and based on the homeless people I've seen wonder into the building, they are not doing a very good job. Whenever I walk, security it usually looking down at there phone and avoid eye contact because they don't want to deal with the issue. The front door has been closing properly for the past two months. Between lease and security being right there, you would they something would be done but nope. Anyway can walk into the building and they will not be stopped by "security".
