The amenities and the staff are very lovely. The parking is difficult and hard if someone does not have a minthly pass.

Building review

Great staff for the building - always on top, friendly, just fantastic. Location and amenities are solid. Security an issue especially since food delivery gets access to come up to each floor. Inside courtyard a problem in terms of cleaning and the evening fences are often NOT locking because of damage at the gate, Closing it when dark is the whole point isn't it so that residents can feel safe? Noise level facing Market Street is NOT good at night during the day due to the obvious challenges of San Francisco.... Window cleaning should be ore frequent I think. NEW security provider is a real downgrade, no more courtyard staff etc. Overall I like it here :) but some room for improvement I think. Thanks
