The leasing office are the most unfriendly bunch of people. They have zero concern for the residence issues. Trash collection at 6 o’clock in the morning wake everybody up. Zero maintenance cleanup of the common areas. I mentioned just these two items as they are easily remedied should somebody actually bother to care for the well-being of the residents.

I love living here. Been here for two years. Beautiful place to walk, bike, and hike around. I got a good neighborhood, parking is always available. And if I need maintenance they respond very quickly.

With the rolling sands of Baker Beach just steps away and many park trails nearby, this neighborhood is the ideal base camp for nature lovers, active households, and those who just like to drift off to the sound of ocean waves.   Dotting the hillside above Lincoln Boulevard since the 1950s, the Baker Beach apartments have surprises inside, such as hardwood floors and updated kitchens. Large windows in each of the two-, three- and four-bedroom configurations provide generous natural light and in some cases Pacific Ocean views that rival those of neighboring Sea Cliff. Though the standard foghorn soundtrack might say otherwise, sunsets here are more often fiery oranges and reds than shades of gray. Outside, native plants and grasses share space with organic community gardens, neighborhood gathering spaces, bike racks, and hiking trails. Nearby stops for the PresidiGo Shuttle make for easy access to the Presidio's Main Post and the free shuttle to downtown San Francisco.
