During this period, rental rates have continued to rise at a pace that many residents consider increasingly unsustainable. At the same time, several long discussed infrastructure improvements remain unresolved despite assurances made years ago. Roadways throughout the residential areas continue to deteriorate, fiber optic internet service has yet to become available, and persistent hardwater issues remain unaddressed. In addition, although many units have undergone renovations, the finishes and appliances provided are often perceived as lower grade and inconsistent with the premium rental costs associated with living in the Presidio. Collectively, these concerns contribute to a growing sense among residents that the quality of residential living has not kept pace with the rising cost of occupancy.

I love the Presidio, and hate how loud non-residents can be.

We have lived in the Presidio on Battery Caulfield for four years. The view is incredible and we're very happy there.

The Presidio is a nice place to live. In a park, near city, and easy access to Marin. A fabulous locale for folks who like nature and outdoor activitites.

As senior citizens, we have been so impressed with the beauty of our new home, the prompt response of our maintenance needs and the care of the entire area, especially the roads and grounds.
