The Presidio is a nice place to live. In a park, near city, and easy access to Marin. A fabulous locale for folks who like nature and outdoor activitites.

great for many years now. Coyotes should be removed (sterilized)dangerous and no upside.....they are not friendly or wild.....people come first...with a shortage of housing, they dont get to have the trails for months and cause us and our dogs to not be able to use them. this is not wildlife management it is a travesty to let them control the parks ...They are dangerous!!!!!! no way you can walk your dog at night..I have to drive elsewhere in the evening....

These three- and four-bedroom townhouses offer three distinct views, each with its own appeal: to the west the panoramic Pacific Ocean, to the south the fairways and greens of the Presidio Golf Course, and to the north the Presidio's historic forest. What these homes have in common are large kitchens, ample storage, and private outdoor spaces for barbecues and stargazing. Other notable neighborhood features include Rob Hill Campground (the only camping spot in the entire city), Immigrant Point Overlook, and a former munitions bunker that's been transformed into a wine storage facility. The West Washington neighborhood is buffeted by the Bay Area Ridge Trail and the Juan Bautista de Anza National Historic Trail, which link to the Golden Gate Bridge, Mountain Lake, and the Richmond District beyond. The PresidiGo Shuttle offers a nearby stop, connecting to the Main Post.
