I've been here a year and 2 months and in that time I've had maintenance take forever to get something fixed that I needed desperately I feel marginalized by your organization I feel that my voice is not heard and when I have a problem the only way to solve it is on my own I don't feel that your organization cares about this tenants only certain people are in their consideration

The amenities and overall quality of my place is amazing

I've rented with Mosser for 6-7 years. They were responsive to my needs when I needed to find another building. The maintenance response is spotty, but it seems to be getting better. the building I'm in is cleaner and safer than my prior one. And the management seems to care more. they have brought in some new people, which seems to have made a difference.

Area is changing in a negative direction.

Everyday I'm inspired as I unlock and open the doors to the main entrance in the lobby- the building is literally stunning. Unfortunately the recent SAH orders have had visible impacts on the block and often the exterior is degraded by huge increases in the garbage, debris or homeless strewn about the street. The staff has been exceptionally friendly. I wish a little more attention to detail was paid to things like dead light bulbs in the hallways or fraying carpet in the common areas. But truly this is one of SF's few remaining architectural gems and Mosser is not doing a bad job of keeping up appearances.

Not a great place to live.
