It's been mostly a comfortably pleasurable experience not only residing at 146 McAllister Street, but also enjoying witnessing the gradual progressive transition of our nice neighborhood here in the Civic Center. Look forward to many more promising years to come.

I just moved in and there is a smell in the hallways that never goes away. Several tenants leave trash in hallways and have dogs that bark at all hours. My unit is very small and costs almost $2000! If I realized how loud and poorly maintained the common space would be I would never had moved in. I called the office to find out about reserving the back elevator for move-in and was shuffled around. It's a gross building -- go find a better space.

The water waste bill is outrageous! My water bill is $35 average monthly and the water waste one is $55! I live in a studio alone.

The elevator always breaks. The service elavator was never fixed. It takes forever to get a hold of a staff or a response to any email sent. The resident manager never responds to a call or a text.
