unit 102 window goes directly onto powell street so you there is regular cable car noise.

We had to recently leave our unit at 704 Bush and loved how easy and close it was to everything. From our work to shopping. Highly recommend if you’re thinking of living and managment was great as well!

My apartment overlooks the beautiful view of Trams. Although a little busy street, it's located in the perfect location. Easy access to Muni and Bart and other necessary shops. There's no laundry in the apartment but there's one right across the street. Great restaurants and cafes at reach too. Very good maintenance team as well!

We have always lived in the suburbs in Hawaii, SoCal, and the South Bay. We enjoyed our trips to the City and decided to try it out for a year. A few months in and we couldn't be happier. So much to do, so many great shops, coffee spots, restaurants, clubs etc. We looked all over the City but kept coming back to Lower Nob Hill and the older five story units. We kept returning because of the proximity to EVERYTHING! We walk out our door and there are several food choices within a few yards, ChinaTown is two blocks away, Union Square two blocks as well. Run 5K loop from the front door and go to Fisherman's Wharf, past Pier 39 and the Ferry Building, through downtown past the Federal Reserve and old Pacific Exchange, past the Dragon Gate and back home - all in just over 3miles!. The apartment building is kept very clean. We have had no problems requiring help but Bob - onsite manager - reached out right away to give us his contact info, welcome us and remind us he is there to help.
