Great apartment

Ive lived here almost a year and love the apartment. The location is amazing and is such a good value. Our RM, Rachel, is great. I see her sweeping outside of the apartment when there is trash or a surplus of leaves outside. Im very pleased w/ living here. Thank you.

Good in all

The maintenance technicians should take care about that all done greatly. The office telephone availability office weekend times and meeting in person should available for residents as more facilities will be for residents to reach out face to face ,pandemic left.

First Month Review at 1055 Mason

The location of the apartment is amazing, the apartment itself is amazing, and the neighbors are great. However, the main area that I find issues with is the management of the property. The RM is great, however every time I call the property management about questions regarding billing, or maintenance regarding an issue, I get no response back. I’ve tried through email, phone, and through contact info posted in the lobby, but no one has responded to me about anything. I wish there was more accessibility to property management or a separate entity that can help with billing or financial specific issues.

Property mangement is bad.

It takes several attempts to get basic answers to simple questions . For example mystery charges show up in Rent cafe that prevent you from just paying your normal rent unless you pay them but you can't get an answer as what the charge is . They are always nickle and diming on extra rent charges without adding any value at all to building.
