The location is great, and the pricing is great, but the staff is not responsive. The new manager katie is more responsive than others so I'm hoping things to change.

Good overall

I have been residing at Trinity Place for approximately one year after relocating from the peninsula. It is a commendable complex considering the cost, featuring a well-equipped gym and an appealing rooftop area. I have not encountered any issues with my neighbors, nor have I experienced any problems related to package deliveries. Additionally, I appreciate the cleanliness maintained by the security staff in the alley and courtyard, especially given the typically sketchy nature of the surrounding area. Since my move, two friends have already relocated here, and I will continue to recommend this complex to others.

Pretty, clean, location.

Trinity is a great place to live, great amenities. The staff is helpull and friendly. The neighboors are nice people. Clean public areas. Maintainace always responds quickly and urgent. Dog friendly. Prime location close to shops, easy public transportation, downtown, malls, gyms.
