Been here a year and a half and love it. It has the best staff I've ever had at a property, they're really nice and responsive and helpful, the opposite of most places I've been at. Love the exposed concrete, high ceilings and lots of light. Rent is continuing to climb up though

The staff is so attentive and great in times of need. They are quick to answer support tickets and super friendly. We've had a few tickets that required third parties, and the Olume staff scheduled and resolved them within 1-2 weeks.

Great building but a lot of affirdable housing residents smoke where they shouldnt, right outside the enrty door and staircases, and dont respeft the property

It’a a good place to live for reasonable price. Parking is not great though. I was used to place that had common spaces better for work from home. The space on front of the lobby feels like a waste and not used like it could
