This app is shitty. I just want to pay my rent and thw app keeps sending me to apt rental listings.

Main issues would be noise from outside, creaky floors in apartment, expensive water and trash, as well as a down stairs neighbor that smokes which come into our apartment. Everything else is quite nice.

I've lived here for one and a half years Location is unbeatable - walking distance to FiDi, Chinatown, North Beach, and then Fisherman's Wharf + SOMA if you're ok with walking a bit more Also great if you commute to the East Bay - it's seven minutes out from the freeway on-ramp Building is a beautiful Art Deco High ceilings

I've spent the last week contacting the maintenance department about the fire alarm going off at all hours. This hasn't been fixed, seems like a safety concern, and I've had to miss 2 days of work from no sleep. As well, the front door entry console doesn't work.
