Stay away from Brik + Timber

2844 Lyon street has an amazing location just a couple of blocks from Presidio, the neighborhood is safe, quiet and the views of the city are amazing! I would not recommend though renting with Brick + Timber! There is minimal to no maintenance of the building: stairs are old, all the walls need urgent repainting, garbage area is a mess and shared back yard is unusable, definitely overpriced for how they keep their buildings. Another issue is the constant noise form construction, they are converting the garage into new units: this is something they are doing in most of the building that they manage (we should know as we were asked to relocate from another of their locations as "they forgot part of our unit was meant for building a staircase), save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere!

Move in this year. I'm slightly disappointed with the maintenance situation. Several things were wrong when we moved in at the beginning of January & now at the end of February, only half of the items on the punch list have been fixed.
