Great location and maintenance but unfriendly staff!

I have lived here since end of June and love the location, maintenance and amenities. The one that I have issues with is the staff in the leasing office, the concierge is very friendly and helpful but the leasing office staff is NOT helpful at all. They misbehaved with my guests and were rude to them when asked questions - in particular it was the leasing manager Victoria. Would love to recommend the property to friends and family but not if the staff continues to misbehave.
