Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 611 2nd Street, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Welcoming experience at the door. My family needed to find somewhere to put our things fast and Mau went above and beyond making sure we had what we needed. From size unit to boxes needed. I have stored with many different storage places and this was by far the best thanks to this one woman. Thank you. ... Read more

Mau Vaifale is absolutely phenomenal awesome amazing at her job. She has a calm patient personality. I met with her when I waa trying to decide moving into a bigger different unit. She was so nice. Showed me two options, gave me space to make my decision. When i made my decision, she walked me through the billing process, explained exactly what to expect etc. Such a great team player. It is such hard working team members that make it easy for us to choose Public Storage as my preferred company. Thank you Mau. ... Read more

I had a great experience with Public Storage. The staff was very helpful and professional, taking the time to answer all of my questions. They even showed us several units in person so we could get a better sense of the sizes before deciding, which made the process much easier. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and everything was explained clearly. I really appreciated the extra effort and friendly service — it made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend! ... Read more

Gentleman at the front desk was young and as helpful as he could be but the process to check out was pretty terrible. The employee was at the mercy of whatever software system they use to handle pricing and promotions and check out and it took about 25 minutes where it should have taken 5. I was also told the building was climate controlled but at check out the system confirmed it wasn’t so the employee had to backtrack. ... Read more

Yesterday , I visited Public Storage with the intention of renting storage space, and I was warmly greeted by Brandon at the front office. Brandon's exceptional friendliness and expertise made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. He patiently guided me through the options and took the time to show me around, ensuring I found the perfect storage size for my needs. His attention to detail and dedication to excellent service definitely deserve a 5-star rating. The facility itself is impressive, boasting advanced features like automated door access via a convenient phone app. It's impeccably clean and offers hassle-free parking, making the storage experience both secure and convenient. Additionally, I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by the staff over the phone. They were consistently courteous, responsive, and incredibly helpful, addressing all my queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Moreover, the pricing at Public Storage is refreshingly fair, offering great value compared to other storage options in the area. In hindsight, I only wish I had discovered Public Storage sooner. Without a doubt, I will be returning for my future storage needs. Highly recommended! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 611 2nd Street include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 9 to 294 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 611 2nd Street start from $85 and can go up to $930 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
