Great location

Most of the neighbors are courteous and keep the noise level to a minimum. All the staff here, from the manager to garbage valet, are amazing, nice people.

New building, great staff, great location

This is a relatively new building, built in 2018. Has a friendly and nice staff. The location is amazing. It has limited amenities as the property is not too big. The building access system could have some improvements, for example, opening the unit door with a mobile app.

the overall marks from residents once were very high close to 4.5 but now keep dropping. Need to review why this happens.
