We've been staying at Greendale for over a year now and can have absolutely no complaints. The entire community is so well-built and maintained; a ton of greenery scattered in between the apartments. You step out of your home in the morning to a wonderful view, especially in the summers. The maintenance team is top-notch; any request I raise often gets attended to within 24 hours. Parking is ample, we get a free dedicated parking space and there are open parking spots too. On the downside, the gym could be a bit bigger and can sometimes get crowded. Overall, can't recommend this place enough.

Overall great community! Wish the trash pick up wasn't so early and noisy but otherwise the apartment, community and staff are all great and we love living here

We moved in a month ago on a 9 month lease while our home is being remodeled. I haven't lived in an apartment in almost 20 years. We got the 3 bedroom / 2 bath unit with ~1300 sq ft. Our house was ~1600 sq ft so it's smaller but the main difference is just that there's only one large common room where our house had a separate living room and family room. It's been a good move overall. The bedrooms are spacious, larger than at our house. The non-primary bedrooms have very large closets; strangely the primary bedroom has just a regular sized closet. The common room is pretty large and there's two large connected patios off the common room and the dining area though we don't tend to use them too much. The kitchen is small compared to our home so it's taken some getting used to and we setup a large shelving system in the dining area to serve as a kind of pantry which is pretty effective. In general, the interior is comfortable and my only complaint is that there is no closet in the hallway except the large shelf above the washer/dryer (which both work well). The kids really enjoy having access to the game room and have been going there regularly to play foosball and a little pool, and they also enjoy using the gym equipment (with supervision). There's a good locker system for packages in the mail room though Amazon seems to leave some packages just at our door step. We get one designated parking space which has a good sized storage room behind it. There's ample open uncovered parking in the complex for our second car. Other than the lack of a proper hallway closet, my only complaint is that sometimes we can hear the people in the unit above us so the sound isolation between floors isn't the best, but it's not regularly. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with the place.
