Nice place

I have lived here almost 1 year. I am going to renew my lease again. It is very quiet in my apartment. I am on the top floor (corner unit). The only issues I have are the following: I was told the parking at the back of the building (closest to other building) was going to be free parking for visitors. This has now been blocked off for months, with no explanations. I was told there was 24/7 Security. This is not true. I have never seen a security person in this building with the exception of one time I had to call the police due to a unhoused person sleeping near the Amazon boxes. Two hours lady I noticed a security guy talking to the police. I was told there was something installed on the roof that keeps the birds away from the building, when I moved it. This is also not true. The new property manager had no idea what I was talking about. I had to deal with this issue myself.

Hodgson is one of family oriented, and safe neighborhood to live in South of Edmonton.

A convenient place to call home.

After some setting up glitches the air conditioning has been reliable and the comfort level excellent. There are some light switches in CRAZY positions and the window blinds have been a nuisance at times, but the situation is excellent and within easy walking distance of good shops and other facilities. Strathcona is a convenient area to live in.
