Management is exceptional and maintenance team is perfect. Friendly neighbors and secure building.
I am so frustrated with the payment system and the app is not user friendly. It has been a month I am trying to verify payment method but still shows not verified. I email you, but no answer. I called the building manager twice and she was always on meeting and never called me back. The third time, I went to the manager office in person just to let her know about the payment issue. This time, she also said she was on meeting. What about tenants? Isn't taking care of our requests part of the manager's job? Right after I told her in case payment does not go through April1, I won"t be responsible, she emailed me a phone number to call for assistance. I have a full time job and cannot find time to waste on a simple task like paying the rent.
