Bang for buck not worth it. It needs a massive renovation. It works for a roof over your head but too expensive for what is offered.

We love it here! Close proximity to amenities and highway. Despite the rent increment yearly, we love the place ??

I think that the price of rent is too high. the rent has been increased every single year I have lived here and nothing improves in regards to the value of the property itself. I find you guys to be really responsive to maintenance requests but the maintenance that has been done over the years to my place has been shoddy at best. There is uneven and unmatching caulking with gaps being covered by a hunk of grout that they painted over in my bathroom. if you look at details you'll notice that many corners were cut to save time and money and it shows. I understand that you have to stay competitive but the building isn't nice enough to continue raising the rent. I do have to say the staff is absolutely incredible and one in a million. my landlord even brought me soup when i was sick.

The admin lady during Oct 31st, 2023 didn't give value to her tenant's maintenance request. I called over already a month ago regarding the complaint and she mentioned that I didn't call. She kept making alibis when I called. As soon as I stepped onto the admin office, she was just sitting there letting the phone ring multiple times. She has no concern regarding the tenant's issue regarding a washroom problem. She acted arrogant and accused me of raising my voice instead of calming me down to get the problem fixed. I've been living here since 2015 and I never had a problem with the admin not until today. She also claims that the previous admins did not do their job well like she did. Very impolite. Please train her up most specially when it comes to her customer response so other tenants won't get their house issues delayed.
