Building managers are responsive, reasonable and always willing to help in any way they can. They continue to add new amenities like the tenant lounge, kids indoor play space and host community engagement events. This place has a great sense of community! The building and residents seem to be genuinely cared about by the management team.

The apartment was modern and located in a great place. With the constant increase to rent, the sad amenities didnt make this a very luxury place to live. Theres no incentives for tenants and the staff was extremely sexist by alienating my female partner and refusing to talk to them, management decided to reward this by giving that staff member a promotion. There is many other issues that all revolve around the perceived notion that this was a luxury place to live when in reality it was just expensive with elevators, AC, and the parkade door breaking down every couple of months
