So far good place. Just that there are homeless people in the vicinity but it happens considering it's the downtown area. Probable more presence of security personnel as we sometimes leave early for work

I been living here for 3 years, here are some issue I encounter: 1. Hot water are off frequently; 2. Parking fee are over price, cars are damage and unprotected; 3. Building security are lacking, often see random people sitting at the lobby door; 4. New buzzer are worst than the old one, very inconvenience to use; or people can't use it since the lobby door is closed;
