Living here for almost 6 months. Bery spacious and good maintenance. Building is little amd the parking space os little narrow. Overall I am happy here

I have been living in this building for 3/4 years now. I haven’t seen a single improvement but rent increases every year. People who been living here for 8years are moving out because there’s no improvements. Carpets are garbage, stuck to the floor cuz its never been changed or cleaned before i moved in. I asked many times. This has to change before you guys lose loyal people who been living here for a long time. This is disgusting to see.

Living above the boiler room for the past 7 years has been a challenge regarding the noise. I feel like many hours of sleep have been lost. Complaints eventually ger disregarded

The staff do their best to maintain the building and i have nothing bad to say about the neighbors, also the neighborhood is very quiet and perfect for long walks
