THE BEST

It's one of the best apartments in Edmonton, NW. Everything is nearby and the people that are working in the admin office, maintenance are reliable and fast to response on our queries. We do appreciate their hospitality, and the place is always clean. Our neighbors are friendly too, and furbaby is enjoying the place! :)

Walls too thin

The apartment is great and I've loved it so far, would be nice to be able to also access the amenities of the sister property with the clubhouse, and the walls are just too thin I can hear everything even more than a regular apartment

A,review of my new building

I’ve been living here for a few months now and couldn’t be happier. The staff are always friendly and provide excellent service. The amenities are well-maintained and very convenient, and the cleanliness of the building is exceptional. I’ve had absolutely no issues since moving in. My only wish is that there was a bit more visitor parking, but overall, it’s been a wonderful place to call home.

REPEATED NOISE DISTURBANCE

I lived in this apartment for over one year, and it is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Despite spending a significant amount of money to live here, the constant noise made it unbearable. Nearly every day, there's loud banging from the unit above, so intense that it would shake our entire unit. It felt like heavy objects were being dropped deliberately, and the noise started as early as 6 AM and continued late into the night. What made it even worse was the deliberate nature of the banging. If you were in the shower, someone upstairs would go into their bathroom and start pounding on the floor. If you were in the kitchen, the same thing would happen. It felt targeted and relentless, with banging echoing throughout the unit at all hours. I repeatedly spoke to the individuals responsible and even raised the issue with management, but nothing ever changed. The noise continued day after day, and our concerns were ignored. It was incredibly frustrating and disheartening to feel unheard after trying to resolve the issue respectfully. This environment is extremely disruptive to my family's peace and well-being. We tried to be patient, but the noise is constant and has deeply affected our quality of life. For these reasons, I absolutely would not recommend living here. If you're looking for a quiet, respectful place to call home, this is not it. I rate our experience a zero out of ten.
