Moved into The Legacy about 3 weeks ago, and I've been loving it. Moved from Southside Edmonton and this building really caught my eye. There's tons of amenities around, the apartments are surprisingly quiet that you barely hear your neighbours at all, and it's generally kept super clean. The biggest highlight is the staff and team, specifically Yonas. He's an absolute asset to the place, always willing to help tenants and answering any questions that come up. Would highly recommend for anyone who likes having a ton of amenities within walking distance and the luxury feel without the luxury price.

The buildng is clean and well maintained as are the units. When i called anout a leaky faucet, maintainence had it repaired within 2 hours. The admin staff are very prompt and professional as well. The only downside is that the building is close enough to major roadways that you hear sirens semi regularly. Additionally, its wood construction so you will hear your neighbours more than you would in a concrete building.

I have lived here for almost one year now and have had a good experience living at the Legacy. Units are mostly quiet and the upkeep and maintenance of the building seems to be done regularly. I do wish that there were more parking options and at a more reasonable price.
