BE AWARE OF MOUSE ?? This is a Tenant Just moved out From E102 building with Park place. I had a very worst experience for nearly 4 Months. They say that it’s a well maintained apartment but that is a big NO. MOUSE ?? is everywhere coming around. We figured out there was nearly 9 wholes and also mouse came out behind dishwasher, there was a way. I called so many times, all they will do is Just placing a trap. Even the person who comes for mouse trap inspection he was handling the poison casually near my food table, walking with dirty shoes on carpet , spread all the poops around kitchen like a child and they want me to clean it. I have seen tons on Rat poops and feces on the floor , behind stove and all over the house. Ask me what the management did, they charge me for carpet cleaning and they did NOTHING other than visiting the trap. The mouse was running around the main area, my bed room and every where. DISGUSTING. I stopped cooking as I was having sleepless nights, sick , stomach upset and mouse poop was infested behind the stove it was disgusting. They helped me on nothing. They wants to cover up and wants me to move. I have moved to a better place and now it feels like heaven better management without mouse or anything. Park place Management will only say SORRY and we can use that sorry for other expenses . What a nightmare and a rollercoaster ride. Let’s wait down for the decent coverup words below. They won’t do anything. Park place Just need money not the tenants well being. THANK YOU PARK PLACE FOR THIS WONDERFUL LESSON. Enjoy the Money ????

Even more, before you left you mentioned that you have not seen any pest issues for the past 3 weeks. The carpet cleaning was charged, as it is the resident's responsibility to clean the carpet before move-out.
