There was new laundry card machine installed in the building and this machine doesn't work. I tried several timesand woth different cards. I keep getting card error. There is no other way ti load money in smart card other than this machine. I had to call coinmatic several times and informed of the issue. They told they will send a technician to look at the issue and they did not give a time period when this issue would be resolved. So now we have to wait till the card loader machine is fixed to load money in the new smart laundry card to wash the clothes. Maintenance or manager should have checked if the card machine was working properly or not and should have informed the residents of this issue.
