Patricia Heights Petwin

Parking lot is a nightmare with ice in the winter time. Very slippery and isn't well maintained. It's an older building so noise does travel but everyone seems to keep to themselves and is quiet. The location is what you are paying for, it's right next to the River Valley and downtown is 15 mins away.
