Zero attention to residents

I have been calling and emailing from last four weeks. Nobody answers the call on residence support just goes to a voicemail and even if you leave a voicemail message, nobody responds you back. If you try visiting the office, it’s always closed. I don’t see anybody there ever.

Good location, incredible apartments, and good amenities

I just move in, but I like mine suite. However, the experience with the staff that was reviewing my application, and all that stuff are not working properly. I submitted my application at the end of Monday and it took them 4 days to just say if I was approved, however to review this application it only takes a couple of minutes. Same with sending me a lease and all that stuff that I need to prepare before moving in. So I am very dissatisfied with your personal.

My Experience at Stadium Yards

The location is great, the amenities in the building are kept clean and stocked with what is needed. The Staff are always kind and helpful. The noise in the halls and above you can at times be loud, but depends on the volume of the people outside or above. The parking gets dusty quick and my car can tend to be covered, but that is to be expected. I like that my car is safe and warm during the winter and summer months
