Excellent staff and maintenance

I have lived at Versus West Tower for a year. The staff here, both in the office and at the front desk, are friendly and helpful. The building is well maintained and the rent is reasonable. The downside is the fire station close by and the noise is frequent.

Feedback (Parking + Gym)

Overall, I love living here and I find the location to be great, the building very clean, and the staff very friendly! However, I feel that it's unfair for people on P4 or P5 to pay the same cost for parking as those with spots higher up. Parking is such a pain every time and it costs more gas money to be so low. I think there should be a price reduction for those in P4 and P5. Additionally, it's frustrating that half of the treadmills in the gym are always broken where there already aren't that many to begin with. Thank you.

Decent place but sometimes it can be loud at night

Decent place but sometimes Ambulance sirens & train tracks can be really loud at night. Treadmills are not always available in the gym (usually only 2-3 out of 5 are working). Other than that it's a great place!
