Excellent place to live for anyone who wants to be in DT

Building is extremely well maintained, quick maintenance and great location. Only gripe is the parkade which is slightly narrow at one end as people come and go which has lead to some many near miss moments.

Parking lot Issues

This whole construction situation has been so inconvenient. There are pilons everywhere and its basically impossible to park on P2 right now. I have never been so annoyed in my life. If you're going to charge your residents $1300 a month, the quality of matters like this should be handled much better,. Second: The P2 doors are constantly having issues, and no one sems to fix this. I've been locked out several times in getting to my car because the door has not opened. Many other residnets have actually. This should have been addressed months ago when I first talked about it. Imagine trying to carry heavy boxes to your car only to find out, THE DOOR DOEST OPEN. Fix this. or give your residents some sort of compensation for ruining their days Third; Visitor Parking; My car is currently parked there, however, I am finding out now about the many break-ins. If I'm being forced to park in the visitor because the building I am paying $1300 per month for is creating an inconvenience in my life by putting pylons everywhere, I believe you guys should be legally responsible for any break-ins. I usually dont complain, but today has been fricken ridiculous in spending 20 minutes trying to park because the building I pay my hard earned money to cant get the parking lot right the first time.
