Location is good and as long as you don't face north, the noise from Glenmore isn't too bad. A few false claims on their website: black-out blinds are useless, there is definitely no enhanced sound deadening. You can hear every step above you and there are always kids running and screaming in the hallways. It's a wood-framed building so the vibrations shake your unit. Management is too afraid to enforce the rules outlined in the lease. I've given up on complaining since I don't think they fully read my emails anyway. Would not recommend living here if you want enjoy peace and quiet.

I dont own a car, but apparently the garage door is always under repair. Vistors having to pay for parking sounds crazy to me. You can hear neighbors flushing their toilets or showering. The outside door not opening after 10pm makes it hard to buzz people in. Everything else I’m extremely happy with. I wish the apartments were a little bit bigger for the price.
