Staffs could be more understanding and polite when dealing with complaints. no point of having a hard attitude when communicating with tenants. Staffs should always try to see things from our perspective and try to have a good outcome when communicating a problem, if staffs are not approaching with good attitude then tenants would not like the environment and it makes it harder to communicate.

Property Manager is incompetent

The property manager does not care about the tenants at all. He can be very condescending and rude to you.
