People are friendly, building is new and clean, quiet suites, fast elevators. Parkade requires getting out of your vehicle to access and stalls are tight. Shower heads are in the center of the ceiling (no hose/wand). Rent is higher than what rentfaster advertises. Location and views are fantastic.

Overall, it is a nice place to live. A few improvement opportunities are listed below: - It would be more convenient to have one FOB that provides access to both the building and the apartment, instead of using a Salto card and a separate key. - My parking space is quite narrow and located next to a cage and wall. When my vehicle is parked, the rear door is not accessible, which makes it difficult to load or unload items.

I like the Hat14th due to its floor map and its location.

Great place and great location. Very organized

As a tenant at Hat 14th, I’ve had a very positive experience. The rental office and security team are consistently courteous, professional, and helpful, which makes living here easy and comfortable. The maintenance team is also very responsive, and I’d like to briefly highlight Ahed for his availability and support whenever assistance is needed. Overall, it’s a well-managed building with a great team.
