Overall, it is a nice place to live. A few improvement opportunities are listed below: - It would be more convenient to have one FOB that provides access to both the building and the apartment, instead of using a Salto card and a separate key. - My parking space is quite narrow and located next to a cage and wall. When my vehicle is parked, the rear door is not accessible, which makes it difficult to load or unload items.

I like the Hat14th due to its floor map and its location.

As a tenant at Hat 14th, I’ve had a very positive experience. The rental office and security team are consistently courteous, professional, and helpful, which makes living here easy and comfortable. The maintenance team is also very responsive, and I’d like to briefly highlight Ahed for his availability and support whenever assistance is needed. Overall, it’s a well-managed building with a great team.

I moved in two months ago, and I really enjoy living here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The building is clean and well-managed. The heated parkade is a bonus. The building is secure. Security staff are on-site after the leasing team is finished for the day. Overall, I am happy here.
