I have lived here for almost 2 years, and love the proximity to downtown. The building is well maintained, and the any issues are taking care of quickly.

Leasing staff is incredibly unorganized. They have not replied to my emails. They tried to make us pay some bogus fee for a key, which we didnt owe. My partner asked for proof that we owed money and they stopped replying. It took the leasing team 6 months and multiple reminders to add us to the resident email list. I got emails geared towards bringing in new renters for months. Our keys stopped working twice in our first couple of weeks here causing us massive headaches. Ali gave us no reasoning as to why it happened. We’re assuming we werent properly put into the system. My partner and I both agree Cameron seems increibly cold to us (borderline rude. Considering our rent pays his salary) whenever I walk in and he’s at the front i see him looking at the door, I come in, he immediately looks down and ignores me every time. He is not friendly. We dont trust him to deliver our packages to our suite because he is so cold to us. The 24hrs for Snail is also bogus, security is too lazy to keep packages for us? The heat in this building CANNOT keep up in the winter. Our apartment has been at 17 degrees for weeks at a time, while we have the heat set to 24. It cannot keep up. If this place wasnt marketed and priced as “luxury” these things wouldnt be such a big deal. However that is not the case…. Speaking of luxury buildings… is West Village ever going to have resident events like every other “luxury” downtown building has??? And can we please get a garbage can in the parkade!! Garbage cans are luxurious and this luxury rental needs some more luxury.
