WVT is conveniently located in dowtonw SW. The units are well apportioned but they are not sound proof. Getting heated water from the faucet or shower takes a good 15 minutes (in the winter) and that is a lot of wasted water. It is really not a non-smoking building as cigarette smoke from the outside still filters through. Management can’t seem to enforce parking rules and some tenants do not park properly.

We've been living here for over a year and absolutely love it. The building is well-maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is super convenient. I’ve been living at West Village Towers for over a year now, and it’s been an amazing experience. The location is incredibly convenient — right in the heart of downtown Calgary, with easy access to public transit, grocery stores, coffee shops, and beautiful walking paths along the Bow River. The building itself is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The amenities are definitely a highlight: the gym is well-equipped, the rooftop lounge and patio offer stunning views of the city, and the underground parking is a big plus, especially in winter. I also appreciate the secure package delivery system and the helpful on-site staff who are always friendly and quick to assist. Our unit has large windows with an incredible view of the skyline, and the layout is both practical and stylish. It’s also surprisingly quiet for a downtown location, which makes working from home very comfortable. Overall, West Village Towers offers a great combination of comfort, style, and convenience. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality living in Calgary.
