Our pet policy allows up to 2 pets per suite: 1 dogs, 2 cats, or 1 dog and 1 cat or 2 birds A pet fee of $25 per pet per month will be levied on your account. BLVD Club offers an exceptional Pet Spa amenity built for your furry family members. Pamper your pooch with two Washing and Drying stations, as well as a pet-friendly waiting area. This is the perfect spot to wash up after a big hike or for regular cleaning to keep your pup clean and healthy.  Restricted dog breeds: Pitbull, Mastiff, Doberman, Chow, German or Australian Shepherd, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Siberian Husky, Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Malamute, American Eskimo, Mountain Dog, American Bulldog, Husky, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf dog or hybrid, Akita, Terrier, Dogo, Bassett Hound, Any other breed which is bred to be a guard or attack dog Mixed breeds are subject to approval Guide and Service dogs are permitted. Valid documentation will be required. Fish tanks allowed up to 50 gallons. Birds must remain caged at all times. No parrots. No rodents- rats gerbils, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, ferrets, rabbits or similar No exotic pets, including snakes, lizards, spiders, scorpions, exotic cat breeds, etc.

We have lived 1 year. We are happy to be here, but last time we have not good neighbours. They broke some things like coffee machine, Catan Game, smoking on the balcony. Also, we don't like the 35th floor not available to see New Year fireworks. Sometimes it is too noise at Library.

Overall it has been good. Improvements should really be made to a lot of the amenities though. Golf simulator seems like it needs to be re-calibrated (less than half of shots register). Amenities closing at 10pm is very early. Should strongly consider at least extending until Midnight. All pool cues downstairs are broken. Coffee machine makes and incredibly small variety of options on floor 2 and all coffees seem to be around 6oz or less. With all the amenities available it would be nice if they were maintained a bit better.

Overall Very Nice Place

I have been here since January 2023, lots of amenities, great gym, a lot of social activities both hosted by the BLVD and some by the residents. Games nights, cooking nights, craft, yoga, lots to do an keep active here. Location is very good, except can get pretty busy traffic wise when there are events in the stampede grounds. This building is also very, very pet positive, not just pet friendly. They have a pet spa, off leash dog area, pets of any size are all encouraged.
