If you ever wanted to know what your car would look like in dust covered film look no more! The HVAC system has no filter just like my ex. Base boards come included with dried putty at joints, no sanding no re touching just crust like that fav. vegan pizza place you annoy your friends about. Sure the Intercom system looks upscale if upscale means it wont work in any temp lower then -10 but its not like Calgary ever gets that cold. Ordering food? have to come down to get it. Letting your friends in? come down and get them, have COVID and cant leave your apartment? come down because sharing is caring. The elevators also don't work sometimes. In this upscale building they don't believe in level concrete for your floors. They come included with giant depressions like its the 1930s. Worried about feeling lonely! worry not the washroom fan is always on, like that loud roommate that you lived with back in Uni. Affordable units pay less then you since you have one extra closet (Not kidding that's it) but this 200+ dollar difference a month is nothing to you... can i borrow some money? Pool is closed every couple of days, pool furniture is falling apart like my mental health. Probably only 2 chairs aren't broken, the couches are more stained then your coworkers teeth. There is one umbrella and its also broken. The screen in the pool area has never worked. Great place to bring friends but only if you have two, those are the rules. There is only one BBQ that works and the fire pits are a hazard waiting to happen. The L35 Lounge has been ransacked, the cabinets and drawers are broken. Windows are cleaned once a year but that is OK, you wont tell the difference. The truth is its not the worst building but what it is, isn't as important as what it is not: Upscale. Its a newer building yes but falling apart quickly, not the greatest maintenance and higher prices. There is much more to say but ill let you discover that, NO SPOILERS.

BLVD is a very well maintained building. All the apartments are clean and decent sizes. Concierge has been incredibly helpful and recently found out that they offer cat watching and plant watering if you’re out of town!
