The prompt said, "Please write about your experience living here" Most people move to UpTen or downtown apartments for the same perks that come with living in the city- so did I. Living in UpTen has cost me the following: 1. One of my income sources because the elevator didn't stop on my floor on multiple occasions. I won't mention the other elevator issues because I'm sure that is public knowledge throughout the city at this point. 2. My physical health due to shoddy maintenance work that led to slips, which in turn has reduced my mobility for weeks (back to reduced workable hours if I'm unable to go to the field) 3. My mental health because it's hard to sleep through 3 AM alarms, and also hard to step out for some fresh air on an injured leg. Be prepared to receive a "So sorry" if you raise any complaints. The Upten staff (concierge, cleaning ..) is amazing, and they do a fantastic job considering the innumerable problems that arise. The property management has a lot to be desired.

We've been here 2 years. Not luxury living like they advertise. Amenities are not that great and it's honestly garbage how poor the elevators are. I'm currently looking for a new place because it's not worth the money they charge.
