Enjoy the easy access to our landscaped off leash green space on our 5th floor terrace while also being close to city parks and sidewalks. We also have a dog wash on site, so pet owners need not worry about booking appointments to get their four-legged friends bathed or cleaned before going home. We allow a maximum of two (2) of the following*: Domestic (indoor) cats Dogs (excluding Pitbulls, Dobermans, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, and any other similar breeds of dog that are customarily bred or trained as guard dogs or attack dogs). Birds (limit one cage of four birds). Fish (tank volume must not exceed 30gal/113L) * Please note that we require a $350 non-refundable pet fee per animal.

Lived at Sodo since 2019. Great for pets. Fantastic views. Well appointed suites. The building is generally well maintained and I've had no issues on my floor or in my suite. Amenities are sufficient - pet area is a real plus. Parking is also good. The staff are really attentive and work hard to build community. Great building.
