Been here five years, love it. Plenty of lovely pups. Love the gym and lounge on the 30th floor. Great security and staff. Surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of downtown. Never hear our neighbor's either. Great spot.

I lived in the Underwood for 3 years and it was an awesome experience. The staff is very friendly and they have great incentives/building events. The location is great with a quick walking distance to 17th avenue. The night security guards are very friendly and the building always felt super safe and secure. I will miss this building!

management has been so good latley. Love the emails and activities/discounts There is always this one or two security night guys that brings packages to our doors. Such a sweet thing, hope they get paid extra for this. garbage room needs some love. Always sticky on the floors and hallway leading to garbage room. Needs a deep clean at least once a month...
