Live on 6th floor should not have a lot of noise but still hear from lower condo

The property has great potential. I can't wait to see the finished landscaping. Two improvements to units with 2 baths and a view are to make one bathtub a walk-out and include top-down/bottom-up blinds, which would be a great feature.

Resident building is 3 months behind proposed schedule. Naturally the surrounding area is also in rough shape due to construction as well.
