Great location and modern building (less than 3 years old), but overpriced. Resident amenities and activities need improvement. Maintenance turnover is high, and leasing office staff could be more friendly and responsive.

I have lived here for more than a year and i really like this apartment. best location - close to everything you could ask for. Staffs are not friendly but otherwise its good living here.
