Very friendly grounds

Series of buildings separated by green spaces. Excellence for pets and people. Big parks and small forest across the road. People are friendly and considerate.

My maintenance request is ignored

I have sent maintenance request on Wednesday Oct 13, 2021. its ignored. Nobody contacted me to ask do i need help or to explain when it will be fixed. I have spoken with the office on Oct 14 and they promise they will send somebody. No response after that. I have called your number on Oct 17, 2021 to report it as an emergency and sent request for Supervisor to call me regarding this. I feel bullied by your stuff and you do not care about me at all. That's how I feel right now. Thank you very much for a such good care.
