A huge shout out to Grounds Keeper Marty

This man is amazing in his tireless attendance to the every day upkeep of all the grounds on the complex. Now in winter, more than ever, Marty is always at it, even on Sundays after a snowstorm, clearing the sidewalks and making life easier and safer for the tenants. He deserves all the credit, and maybe Weidner can hire some extra help for him.

Massive thanks to Argie and Marty

On Dec 22 I got stuck in the snow. My car is low and I got high centered. Marty and Argie showed up and got me free. It took us about an hour and 20 mins but we got me on the way to work. I just wanted to say thanks. They went above and beyond. Thanks again guys. Craig 1006.

Excellent place to live!

Excellent place to live. The staff is amazing here! Especially the office staff, Therese, Arlene and Jill helped me with setting up my Rent Cafe and rent payments online. Maintenance tech, Argie was also very good. He helped me with a service request and made sure everything was fine and the tub would be re-glossed as well since this property was built in the late 70s. I've been here since 1987 and this place was very close to my work at the time at UofC. I love living here. This is my forever home!
