Former Resident

Only thing they worry about is money

Constant delay on anything to be fixed and when they fix thing its done cheaply as possible (IE painting over wall cracks instaed of filling. Every year they will constantly increase rent to highest physical possible to the market as well add random fees yearly, like garbage removal fees. Lawn mowning is down around once every month and half and you usually are inbedded with grass feet high. Very disappointed in this place as they have the opportunity to have an amazing community hear but choose to be blinded by the $$$

Not bad lived here for 14 years That’s all

The office staff is great to deal with. We had no heat within a few days. We had a brand new furnace. The maintenance guys are always willing to help and the lawn guy. He is so friendly and will help you if you need help with anything. It is actually a great place to live. Now can I finish?

Increasing rent prices makes living untenable

Being right next to a major road in Calgary you'll hear sirens and traffic noise all day and night. The company who owns this property has sought to increase the rent prices to keep up with market rate charging the same for brand new properties while tenants must still pay their own utilities compared to the same priced newer properties that do not charge for utilities.
