A very small kitchen that is poorly designed, should have more drawers not cupboards. No pantry. A 3BR should have a bigger kitchen than this. No drawers or shelving in the bathroom and very small counters. Cheap shower heads. Not enough light switches or electrical outlets. Need more automatic doors as they are very heavy. The elevators scream like trumpeting elephants. The staff, however are excellent and accommodating. I am new here and will likely relax in time.

Nice building with great location however I can hear everything my upstairs neighbour is doing. It sounds like loud thumping whenever they are walking around. Parking is expensive yet the stalls are tight and there is no visitor parking. The digital key card system always seems to be down, so I only use my physical key card. There should also be a solution for emergency lock-out situations, like the ability to virtually unlock the unit. Previous property management was not responsive however the current property manager has been good. I’m also surprised that for the cost of rent, there’s no concierge or security.

Nice finish on appartment. Common area maintenence fairly slow and parking spaces small. Fairly expensive for the room.

This neighborhood is great and the location is central and convenient, not too close to the endless construction on 33rd, but I don't think this condo complex is anything special. For being a brand new building so far we have had issues with dryer only staying on few a few minutes at a time under multiple settings (8 months and no fix), being locked out multiple times due to door FOB system not being set up properly, heaters in bedroom not working, and most recently the dishwasher stopped working and it hasn't been fixed after multiple weeks. The parking stalls are tiny, and I've had multiple door dings too. Overall I like the general aesthetic and location but due to bad appliances and rushed and cheap finishing (such as the blinds being installed the opposite way as the patio door and window screens being installed upside down and seeing the hallway art in the clearance section of homesense) I don't think I would choose this building again at the current price point.
