Alright for the price

The building is new and looks very nice. It’s always being clean and the maintenance staff are super friendly. Property managers on the other hand are disorganized and never want to respond. The elevator has been broken for about a month now causing everyone to be using only the one. Lots of construction and parking is a headache. For a brand new building there’s lots of things that have broken down.
