Lovely but could use a little soundproofing between units

Lovely but maybe more parking stalls could be utilized as well and some more clear signs as to where visitors can park would be great

Very comfortable place to live

We are really enjoy our apartment. It is beautiful, very quiet, nice neighbours. The location is convenient, close to C-train and the school. Outdoor swimming pool is a great place for summer time. Highly recommended!

Not bad, but overpriced

This property is not bad. location is great as it is near transit. It is near the plaza as well which helps with convenience. Each floor has a trash shoot, which is incredibly convenient. The problem is that the price of the property is comparable almost 1:1 with properties downtown. With the premium you pay, you would expect high quality paint, flooring, and construction. My unit has uneven floors, water damage, and the pain peels off like nothing. The flooring is a cheap plastic vinyl that scratches with any form of light effort. I shouldn't have to worry about my daughter using her walking toy to scratch the floor. The amenities are great, but they close the coffee machine on the weekends, and they limit your access time to 11 at night. My work sometimes finishes at 10:30, and then I can't use my amenities. The pool is not heated, which needs to be a necessity in an outdoor pool.
