I liked the apartment itself but the cost was high compared to similar properties in the area. The roads/parking is a nightmare. I saw crashes and more near misses than I could count exiting the parking lot. If you miss a call from the leasing office they will not respond to your voicemails or emails. So either catch them when they call or figure things out yourself.

The soundproofing in the building is very poor, and I can hear the people talking and walking from upstairs. The noise from neighbours is very loud and continues late into the night even after reporting it to the management. For several times, I heard one person from my floor running and screaming through the hallway after midnight. The underground parking garage gate breaks down far too often, which sometimes disrupts my schedule. There are two gates, but it is common for both of them not to work at the same time. Additionally, cars are parked near the exit to the street, blocking visibility and creating a serious safety hazard. I hope that parking near the exit can be restricted, but it does not seem to be properly managed.
