Awesome move in experience

Just moved in but so far have been very impressed with the complex. Maintenance staff have been excellent, and the leasing office staff have been professional and helpful. Due to construction there is lots of noise and I occasionally hear neighbours upstairs but the walls are very sound.

Beautiful apartment - good location

Great location, beautiful apartments, maintence is slow and i still havent gotten the wax fixed in my apartment, good value, friendly staff, but its wuite noise here. Overall - im happy. Im just worried there wont be much parking above ground once tbe apartments fill up,

Satisfactory construction still underway

My experience has been satisfactory staff have been helpful. Only complaint ice in parking lot caused my bad fall which i missed 2 days of work and still dealing with the pain. I did notify the leasing staff.of the incident. Leasing staff did respond quickly via email.

Best location!

Podium apartments are perfectly situated near Stony Trail meaning quick access to the mountains and to the ring road in Calgary. Brand new with tasteful decor and great service. Highly recommend!
